Sebenarnya nak post something simple case which I encounter few months back..

My patient, 34 y/o Malay woman presented with RCT treated tooth of 26, had history of broken down permanent restoration more than twice.
Mx:

Remove the GP on palatal canal and insert the post (ESPE-3M) the red/blue line..i forgot
then cemented using Panavia..
I done crown preparation
Then during issue stage, noted gingival hypertrophy on the mesial border of margin of crown preparation
So, give LA, incise then recurrent overgrowth happened
So nxt time, incise a day before cementation..
Still can't issue because of inflamed gingiva.
So last few days back. Imanaged by putting the gingival retraction cord size 1, b4 that give LA.
Adjusting the ICP, lateral excursion, proximal contacts and so on and so forth..
I finally did cementation to this lady..
